Any time a 3rd party requests to lease church or school facilities, TULIP coverage must be supplied to indemnify the location and the Diocese of Las Cruces.  To achieve this, event coverage must be purchased from K and K Insurance.  K and K Insurance provides the coverage needed and a link to their website is listed below along with an instructional guide. 
 
Occasionally, a large group or organization may lease church or school facilities and already have commercial general liability coverage.  In this case, a certificate of insurance must be supplied that names both the location and The Roman Catholic Diocese of Las Cruces as additional insured.
